Ebsworth Xmas Party

Maz's Surprise Birthday Party

The chef/cook for the day...JB overseeing the chicken wings ... there was so much delicious bbq food (can you see it Yish??? I didn't take that many pictures because I can leave it up to your imagination Yish) ... there was chicken steaks, chicken shish kebabs, lamb cutlets, fresh prawns, french onion dips, hokkien noodle, potatoe salad, sambal squid... there was just soo much food!
After the main eating session, we all moved indoors for the cake cutting ceremony and to chill out
After the chill out session...we went to play tennis...and errr...sleep?! haha..it was really that tiring a day!Overall another good day...sorry for it being a little late :P as it is now in Dec and this happened in early Nov...but stayed tuned, I will continue to update it ... especially the recent GN tournament! :)
Liberty Grove Bar & Grill Opening
You haven't tasted a proper dip until you have tried Lillian's Damper Dip, the perfect appetiser to get the pallate going. The venue was open plan and rather spacious with clever improvisation and use of furniture... Head Chef Chui & Quek had prepared a masterful meat ensemble, and the wafted aroma of sweetly scented chilli chicken immediately captured the senses...the meat was sweet and tender.....and oh,,, who could forget the lamb chops, lightly marinated by Liberty Grove Bar & Grill's resident chef Quek....a rarefied experience as the meat slides off the edge of the cutlery with ease and oh the enjoyment as you wrap your lips around the treat.... Then came the Sambal Squid, the singaporean influence of chef Quek coming through in this delightful dish...cleverly encased in a marinated wrapping of exotic juices....Five Stars, A rousing success....
