Pork Dinner

As a follow on from my previous post about Restaurant Liberty Grove...this is what JB whipped up the following night for dinner (since we had leftover Roast Pork)

Believe me...it was fantastic with the roast pork still maintaining its moisture (from the natural oil of the pork) and full flavour (mixed with the rice and veges...it was devine!). The deep bowls (which Maz gave us as a present) also enhanced the presentation and indirectly the taste! :)
