Baked Cheesecake
Inspired by a muffin cook book I saw lying around...I decided to temporarily change my focus from main courses to desserts...specifically baked cheesecakes! (armed with my trusty muffin tray which I had just bought for my 'project'). Here is the result!

A success! I can now make cheesecake (good practice for any pot lucks coming up :P) it was delicious if I do say so myself...not too sweet and not like those 'pure' white type of cheesecakes that you can get at the shops..its more akin to those Japanese type cheesecakes that is light and fluffy and not too sweet :)
