The David Jones Experience
Just got back from looking around at DJ...trying to find something (ie. a pair of jeans) that I can buy using the $100 gift card I got from Ant and Marissa. Jeez...you got to be pretty rich to shop at DJ...a plain 'designer' (a brand I have never heard of before with a couple of alphabets and numbers added in the label :P) t-shirt costs nothing less than $100! They had a pair of Hugo Boss jeans...for $399! Looks like I will have to keep looking...luckily the gift card's expiry date is a year (I think...).They did have some Levis, but the variety wasn't there and I didn't see anything I like. Hopefully something comes up where I will see something I really want from DJ and can utilise the gift card.
Today is also the last day for the month-end closing, I finished preparing all my journals on the 1st day...so bored and monotonous. Applied for a couple of S'pore jobs today and got into contact with a recruitment agency in Singapore whom I'd previously had dealings with. I have taken the first steps...
On another note..didn't have much of a talk with Ser because she was on LnE (sorta like a training session) and later had review with her manager. A little disappointed because I really just wanted to talk to her and hear her voice. However, I cannot be selfish and have to try to understand that she has work to do...sigh...if only I could try to stop what I am feeling so I am not so disappointed at times :P
