Ant's Birthday
On 4 July (Wednesday), it was Ant's birthday! Its easy to remember his birthday because he is 1 week older than me :). Our celebrations was a simple affair of just us (his room-mates and gfs), a cake and presents (need I say more haha). Anyway other than the birthday boy himself, the cake is the most interesting (its a Philippine type of cake, made by JB's mother in Queensland and was hand carried over to Sydney by JB on Mon)...its called something like "Boombie" or "Boodie" cake (looks like tapioca cake). Refer to the pictures below. The taste was unique and so was the texture (very solid I must say...) but overall very delicious! At the end of the cake, we all had very blue teeth...haha
The best part of course, is the opening of the presents...here is the birthday boy surrounded by his two helpers carrying the presents he got...hope he likes it and find it useful (practicality :P).
